Charles Derber, who spoke at last year's UUJEC conference in Boston has written a new book.  "Bully Nation: How the American Establishment Creates a Bullying Society " This is a very timely issue.  A friend of mine has a niece adopted from Guatemala.  Her classmates were taunting her "go back where you came from" and then chanted "Trump, Trump, Trump"!  Our culture is rife with bullying institution: military, economic, political, sports...
